Re-hydrated Fish Maw
After re-hydration (pre-cooking), this is the size of the South African Fish Maw (Perch Fish) size 8-9 pieces per catty. Once rehydrated, it can be simply slit open to a steak size and added to soup base or for fish maw steak dish.

This is the Brazilian (male) fish maw. After rehydration, it is full of thickness, ready for cooking.
For larger fish maw, I placed one in each bag for each meal.
